MRC- Promoting Use of Self, Relationship-Based Practice, and the Ethical Use of Authority in the Supervisory Relationship

Description

Across adults’ and children’s service we continue to live in uncertain times and challenging times. There are significant changes taking place and services continue to have to negotiate meeting high levels of complex needs with limited resources. This places pressures on the whole workforce, particularly on first line managers.

This series of webinars will explore the different dimensions of management and leadership in such a time. It will look at the growing body of research on remote working and think about its implications for social work across the different aspects of supervision.
