The workshop is designed to build awareness and understanding of Family Led Decision Making approach and build a families first culture.
Description
In the workshop, the participants will gain a foundational understanding of the Family Led Decision Making approach, while recognising that effective delivery of FGDM requires more in-depth training, practice development, and ongoing support.
Contents:-
- An introduction to the key values and principles that underpin Family Led Decision Making (FLDM),
- Explore the importance of strengthening family networks and amplifying the child's voice
- Seek to developing foundational communication skills to support early conversations with families that seek to empower families to take a decision-making role.
