Part of the role of leaders and managers is developing others. In this topic you will learn how to do this in a way that creates the right amount of challenge for the employee whilst ensuring that you and your organisation are getting the results they need. You will also explore the many ways development can take place on the job and provide the skills, tools, and tips to ensure that you are effective in using the approaches successfully.
