Description
Strategy
Understanding the value and power of strategy is essential in today’s organizations. It is also critical for leaders to be able to trace their decisions and work to strategic objectives and to identify how their work links systemically with others.
Overview
The decisions made, at every level, throughout an organisation ideally link to its strategy to help ensure that everybody’s heading in the same direction.
Regional, divisional, departmental, and even team strategies may also exist; what’s key is that each level is aligned with the primary, corporate strategy and that every employee knows how to link their day-to-day activities to the relevant strategy (or strategies).
