This 90-minute session looks at a structured set of techniques, strategies and tips to make those tricky conversations more productive. It covers how to prepare yourself in advance of the conversation, as well as specific techniques of building rapport, active listening, and managing emotional reactions.

Resolving Conflict

This 90-minute session will provide you with an understanding of some of the most common sources of conflict and the risks of not managing conflict effectively in the workplace. It will also provide some practical advice on using a range of strategies and applying them to different scenarios.
