Description
This training course will enable participants to:
• Consider the role and function of the CPR
• Consider analysis and evidence required in effective report writing
• Identify robust evidence-based, analytical report writing for the Court and ADM, setting out the case for why adoption is the right plan for the child
• Learn what information must be given to the court by Children’s Services to enable the court to make the final decision for the child.
The session will also look at Re B-S, the realistic options, parallel planning and early permanence.

Who should attend - No matter how experienced, anyone involved in care proceedings who wants to seek the best outcome for the child, and anyone who wants to write good CPR’s first time around.
