Outcomes Stars

An introduction to using Outcomes Stars to help support families to make changes in their lives.

Description

Outcomes Stars are a tool that helps those working alongside people to make changes in their lives. They guide holistic discussion about what is going on and helps them to identify where they want changes.

The Stars are underpinned by the 'Journey of Change' which provides a framework for the key-worker to understand why certain behaviours may be happening and help guide what actions are likely to be most successful at each stage.

BFfC training focuses on the use of the 'Family' range of Outcomes Stars including:

  • Family Star Plus
  • My Star
  • Parent & Baby Star
  • Family Star (Relationships)
  • My Mind Star
  • Youth Star

Training is possible in other stars - please contact us on learning@brighterfuturesforchildren.org to enquire.
